I occasionally assist folks with various problems. I find it helpful to use a screen-share system so I can view your screen. If directed, click below, allow the download to run, and be ready to give me the ID and PIN over the phone. I’ll be able to see your screen (and actually move your mouse around and click stuff) so there is no doubt what I’m looking at while we talk.
